Hi Everyone

Regular Yoga classes with me start on Monday 2nd September and run until Saturday 21st December.
NB there will be a 2 week half-term break from Monday 21st October - Sunday 3rd November.
Classes start again on Monday 4th November
This makes it a 14 week term (2 x 7 weeks)

 

 

 

 

 

 

The schedule is -

Mondays 7.30-9.00pm Hatha Flow (with Runners & Cyclists in mind but actually for everyone!)
A good class for all levels - fine for beginners as we take it slowly and gently but also good if you already have a practice and want to deepen it.

Tuesdays 12.30 - 2pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability - fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Wednesdays 6.15 - 7.45pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability - fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Thursdays 5.30 -7pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability - fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work
NB this class is taught at Lancaster University rather than at the River Room in Halton Mill)

Fridays 10-11.30am Gentle Yoga (a much gentler class with more focus on the breath, meditation and some gentle movement)

Saturdays 9-10.30am - Saturday Refresh Yoga - a fun class - different every week

Payment:
Drop-in £10
14 classes - £100
10 classes £75
8 classes - £65
5 classes - £45

NB 'tickets' are time-specific and if not used by 21st December 2019, cannot be used in 2020.
