Thank you everyone so much for making my classes in the River Room such a delight to teach! It’s such a beautiful space with you there and I just love watching your practices change and develop over the weeks, months and years.

Welcome to Yoga with Rebecca 2020

I am about to go away for a week and there will be no classes between 9-14th February. Classes start again with a one-off Yin-Yang-Yin Class on Saturday 15th February 9-10.30am and run through to Saturday 11th April (8 WEEKS) when we'll stop for a 2 week Easter Break.

Just a word about a few changes to Saturday Yoga

I've made a slight change to a few upcoming Saturdays in response to people asking me to teach more Yin Yoga as at present I only run Yin on the 2nd Friday of every month before the Gong Bath.

Most Saturdays will be 9-10.30 Refreshing Flow but on the following dates I will be doing something a bit different in order to explore stillness and movement in a fun, light way to leave us with a delicious combination of feeling soothed and energised for the rest of the weekend.

15th February (9-10.30am - YIN-YANG-YIN)

7th March (9am-12noon - YIN-YANG-YIN)

11th April (9am - 12noon - YIN-YANG-YIN)

If you would like to come to the workshop it is either £20 drop-in or you can use 2 of your pre-bought 'tickets'.

NB if you want to come but not for 3 hours, you can just take the first 90mins (although I would recommend the whole thing!)

For the other Saturdays - I teach these classes as one-off classes - a kind of lucky-dip mix of yin yoga, hatha and vinyasa flow -the class is different each week but I hope will always leave you walking out of the River Room bouncy, light, relaxed and refreshed into the rest of your weekend! This is a mixed ability class and so beginners are welcome although a degree of physical fitness is advisable. Drop-in £10 or if you have paid for a block of my other classes (see River Room website for information www.theriverroom.org.uk) you can use the 'tickets' for Saturdays. hope to see you on the mat on one/some of these dates much love Rebecca XX

Otherwise, the schedule is –

Mondays 11am – 12.30 Subtle Yoga: Body Sensing, Breathing, Yoga Nidra (for everyone – a deeply meditative soothing class)

Mondays 7.30-9.00pm Hatha Flow (with Runners & Cyclists in mind but actually for everyone!)

Tuesdays 12.30 – 2pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability – fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Wednesdays 6.15 – 7.45pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability – fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.15pm Soothing Yoga – Feel, Flow & Breathe (mixed ability class – less strenuous than the Hatha Flow Classes)

Fridays 10-11.30am Gentle Yoga (a much gentler class with more focus on the breath, meditation and some gentle movement)

Saturdays 9-10.30am – Saturday Refresh Yoga – a fun class – different every week NB – THIS CLASS WILL NOT RUN EVERY SATURDAY – PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE for UPDATES

NB – you can use your 'tickets' at any of my classes in any order, any week but please note that Blocks of Tickets are time specific – they need to be used in between the period 13th January – 5th April and cannot be used for the following term
