Hi Everyone

Thank you everyone so much for making my classes in the River Room such a delight to teach! It’s such a beautiful space with you there and I just love watching your practices change and develop over the weeks, months and years.

Welcome back to Yoga in the River Room with Rebecca 2020

My classes began on Monday 13th January – with a slight change  – I will no longer be teaching at Lancaster University on Thursday Evenings but I am delighted to be taking on a Thursday evening slot (6-7.15pm) as Sandra Tallon, a wonderful teacher who has been teaching at the River Room ever since it opened is moving on and has asked me to take on her class – This will be a Soothing Yoga class with flow, breath and posture work but will be less strenuous than my Hatha Flow classes. Come and try it out! Oh and as some of you know, I have also started a new class on Monday mornings (11am-12.30) –  Subtle Yoga: Body Sensing, Breathing and Yoga Nidra. This is a particularly meditative class for those of you who want something different from a class focussing on physical postures.

This is a 12 week term of classes –

 13th January (Monday) – 8th February (Saturday) (4 WEEKS)

– 1 WEEK HALF TERM BREAK (no classes between 10th
February and 16th February)

– 17th February (Monday) – 11th April (Saturday) (8 WEEKS)

– EASTER BREAK

The schedule is –

Mondays 11am – 12.30 Subtle Yoga: Body Sensing, Breathing, Yoga Nidra (for everyone – a deeply meditative soothing class)

Mondays 7.30-9.00pm Hatha Flow (with Runners & Cyclists in mind but actually for everyone!)

Tuesdays 12.30 – 2pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability – fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Wednesdays 6.15 – 7.45pm Hatha Flow (mixed ability – fluid breath with movement + deeper posture/breathing work)

Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.15pm Soothing Yoga – Feel, Flow & Breathe (mixed ability class – less strenuous than the Hatha Flow Classes)

Fridays 10-11.30am Gentle Yoga (a much gentler class with more focus on the breath, meditation and some gentle movement)

Saturdays 9-10.30am – Saturday Refresh Yoga – a fun class – different every week NB – THIS CLASS WILL NOT RUN EVERY SATURDAY – PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE for UPDATES

Payment:
NB – you can use your 'tickets' at any of my classes in any order, any week but please note that Blocks of Tickets are time specific – they need to be used in between the period 13th January – 5th April and cannot be used for the following term
