Yoga & Meditation Workshop with Rebecca - Sunday 7th November 10am – 1pm at The River Room and via Zoom

In this workshop we will spend a beautiful morning together settling into our bodies, breath and minds and working through varied styles of yoga which will be deeply opening, strengthening, soothing and restful. We will also breathe (pranayama) and meditate to deepen our engagement with yoga and explore a more profound sense of release and spaciousness. The aim of the workshop is for you to feel connected to yoga as something that is not only to be practiced on the mat but as a way of life. The workshop is appropriate for any level of yoga experience, although if you have any condition that may affect your yoga practice, please let me know so I can recommend any adaptations. I will provide more detailed information closer to the date.
