Coming into Ease - Yoga & Meditation Workshop with Rebecca - Sunday 7th November 10am – 1pm at The River Room and via Zoom

In this workshop we will spend a beautiful morning together settling into our bodies, breath and minds and working through varied styles of yoga which will be deeply opening, strengthening, soothing and restful. We will also breathe (pranayama) and meditate to deepen our engagement with yoga and explore a more profound sense of release and spaciousness. The aim of the workshop is for you to feel connected to yoga and to come into a sense of deeply felt ease and well being. Through the practice, we will reflect on how Yoga is something that is not only to be practiced on the mat but as a way of life. The workshop is appropriate for any level of yoga experience.
