MEDITATION AND iREST YOGA NIDRA
I'm really pleased (and excited) to be offering the following … and I challenge you to come to them all or some!
CONTINUING - Monday evening iRest Nidra Meditation
Monday evenings 8.00 - 8.30 pm (different teacher each week). I've teamed up with other iRest certified teachers in Europe so each week it will be a different teacher offering a practice for 30 mins. Each session will be a unique opportunity to more fully experience the present moment, reaffirm your sense of purpose in life, cultivate a sense of inner well-being, and proactively engage in difficult feelings, emotions and beliefs. NEW - A 6-week MORNING course: Compassion in the midst of life through the simplicity of meditation
Monday mornings 7.00-7.45 am starting Monday 7th June. Through a series of experiential meditation inquiry this 6-week course will invite you to notice the qualities of compassion available to you, explore how to access and nurture them, and identify where it is possible to show them.
