MEDITATION AND iREST YOGA NIDRA

 

For this next half-term through to Easter I've re-organised myself a little. I'm really pleased (and excited) to be offering the following … and I challenge you to come to them all or some!

 

CONTINUING - Morning drop ins
Tuesday (Rebecca) and Friday Morning (Will) (see www.rebeccayoga.org.uk for timings).

 

NEW - A 5-week MORNING course: Breathing in the Midst of Life.
Monday mornings 7.15-8.00 am. A five week meditation course focused on the breath and how to bring awareness of the breath into everyday life. What could be simpler? Details and register here

 

CHANGE - A change to Monday evening iRest Nidra Meditation
Monday evenings 8.00 - 8.30 pm (different teacher each week).  I've teamed up with other iRest certified teachers in Europe so each week it will be a different teacher offering a practice for 30 mins. Each session will be a unique opportunity to more fully experience the present moment, reaffirm your sense of purpose in life, cultivate a sense of inner well-being, and proactively engage in difficult feelings, emotions and beliefs.  Please register here where you will receive further details.
